Landscapeadvice was invited to visit this rear garden and view the challenge. The paving was old sunken and cracked and too high above the damp course. Quote to install a new paving at new level. Split the level at the patio window side with a step down to the main courtyard. Choose terracotta paving and set at an angle.

Install a pergola the length of the raised step up.

Install underground services to garage to supply power to consumer unit and garden lights and water feature pump.

Designed by the owner who wished the planting to be done later.
