The Challenge
The Survey was conducted at a Edwardian house in central Bristol.
After being approached by the client to think about a paving and landscape solution to their front garden the challenge soon became evident. The site was unattractive and sloping towards the road with an ugly concrete path which took the eye. There were two areas of lawn a much loved lavender and overspill from an underpinning job.
The house and it's blue slate steps were the positive aspects of the site.
